POLICIES AND EXPECTATIONS
At Infinity Heights, our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, respectful, and engaging environment where students can learn, grow, move, and build meaningful friendships. By enrolling, families agree to support the following policies and expectations.
Faith & Community Expectations
Infinity Heights is a Christian-based learning community. While Christian values and principles may be incorporated into our program, we welcome families of all faith backgrounds and beliefs.
We ask that all students and families:
- Treat others with kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Respect differences in beliefs, backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles.
- Be supportive of the educational activities, discussions, and lessons planned by teachers.
- Help maintain a positive and encouraging community environment.
- Communicate concerns respectfully and directly with staff.
We strive to create a community where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
Student Behavior Expectations
Students are expected to:

- Include others and show kindness toward peers.
Students should help create a positive learning environment where everyone feels safe and supported.
Disruptive Behavior Policy
Disruptive behavior is any behavior that significantly interferes with learning, safety, instruction, or the well-being of others.
Examples include:

Staff will work with students using redirection, reminders, and appropriate consequences. However, behavior that creates an unsafe environment may result in immediate parent contact and removal from class for the day.
Repeated disruptive behavior may result in:
1. Parent communication.
2. Behavior conference.
3. Temporary suspension.
4. Removal from the program if concerns cannot be resolved.
If reasonable intervention steps have been taken and concerns remain unresolved, Infinity Heights reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment at any time. In such cases, the student’s spot will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Students may not attend if they have:
- A fever within the previous 24 hours.

- Symptoms severe enough to prevent participation in normal activities.
Students must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning.
If a student becomes ill during program hours, parents will be contacted and asked to arrange prompt pickup.
Attendance & Arrival
Families are expected to arrive and pick up students on time.
Parents should notify staff when a student will be absent whenever possible.
Regular attendance supports student success and classroom consistency.
No tuition credits, refunds, or make-up days are provided for absences, vacations, family travel, illnesses, holidays, weather closures, or other missed days.
Tuition & Payment Policies
Enrollment reserves a student's space for the entire school year.
Tuition Payments
- Tuition invoices are due within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Payments not received within seven days may be considered late.
- Continued non-payment may result in loss of enrollment status.
- Families experiencing financial hardship should communicate with administration as soon as possible.
Monthly Tuition Structure
Tuition is based on the total annual cost of the program and divided into equal monthly payments.
Because tuition is annualized:
- Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of whether a month contains three, four, or five instructional weeks.
- Tuition is not adjusted based on the number of class days in a particular month.
- Tuition reserves your student's space, staffing, curriculum, supplies, and program resources throughout the year.
Refund Policy
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition payments are non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes, absences, vacations, illnesses, schedule conflicts, or withdrawal during a billing period.
Withdrawal Policy
Families choosing to withdraw must provide written notice.
A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required before withdrawal.
Tuition remains due during the notice period.
Parent Partnership Expectations
Infinity Heights is designed to be a partnership between families and staff.
Parents agree to:
- Communicate respectfully with staff and other families.
- Support classroom expectations at home.
- Read program communications and updates.
- Keep emergency contact information current.
- Pick up students promptly at dismissal.
- Address concerns directly with administration rather than through gossip or social media.
Safety Policy
Student safety is our highest priority.
Students must:
- Stay within designated program areas.
- Follow staff instructions immediately during emergencies.
- Use equipment appropriately.
- Report unsafe situations to staff.
Any behavior that threatens the safety of students, staff, or volunteers may result in immediate removal from the program.
Technology & Personal Items
Students should leave valuable personal items at home.
Infinity Heights is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.
Electronic devices should remain put away unless specifically approved for health purposes.
